Martal Group is searching for a “Sales Superstar” to add to our team. To succeed in this position, you will need to draw on strong consultative sales skills, a firm grasp of tech processes, and a hunger for high performance. In addition, proven excellence in first stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting, to lead generation is a must. In this job you will:

  • Work directly with our Sales Executives to understand our client’s product and business,
    while assessing their current and future needs
  • Execute outbound calling strategies, from campaign monitoring to prospecting
  • Cultivate requisite relationships with prospects and develop trust with prospective clients
  • Systematically build and grow a client pipeline in various industries


  • 3+ years of a proven track record as SDR
  • Self-starter
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms & Microsoft Office
  • Experience in web research
  • Experience in appointment booking and discovery calls
