We have seen incredible growth since our founding in 2009 and are rapidly expanding our sales team. We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help manage our Sales Executives and SDR teams across the US and Canada, while building out best practices, sales strategies and workflows.

Responsibilities & Scope of work

Sales Operations Manager is a full-time remote role, reporting to General Manager. You will be responsible for managing our lead generation and research teams, coordinating weekly outbound campaigns, overseeing the lead generation workflow and reporting to Martal Group clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Management and coordination of the sales teams
  • New team members onboarding and training
  • Managing weekly goals, quota setting and reporting processes
  • Helping Martal Group clients’ sales leadership teams understand insights into lead generation performance
  • Increasing productivity of the Sales Development teams by creating repeatable best practices and sales processes
  • Creatively finding new ways to improve the lead generation and sales practices

About You

3-5 years of Sales Operations experience within a B2B SaaS company / IT Services company / Agency

  • Strong knowledge of outbound CRM software (campaigns, email sequences, dashboards, reports and flows)
  • Experience in email marketing and outbound campaigns best practices
  • Experience in prospecting (Linkedin, ZoomInfo)
  • Project management skills around accounts, quota, and KPIs
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills including effectively communicating with senior leadership
